Job Description

As a team member of the aftersales management, you will be in the Aftersales department enabling the business operations. We are hiring for an Aftersales Operations Executive and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational background.

The Opportunity

  • Assist in day-to-day operations including managing aftersales customer experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Parts, Service, and other support teams for all Aftersales collaterals
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Service Manager on any operation issues
  • Co-ordinate with various departments on vehicle Pre-delivery inspections, Vehicle Movement and Vehicle Delivery
  • Identify areas of development for continuous improvement in the Aftersales operations
Job Requirements
  • Relevant experience in automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret raw data and summarize it into a concise report
  • Good in Presentation skills
