The Opportunity

This exciting new role goes beyond the traditional brick-and-mortar automotive retail. We are hiring for an Operations Specialist (Commercial Vehicles) and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational background. 

  • Assist in day-to-day operations
  • To conduct onsite diagnostics and troubleshooting for vehicles if needed
  • Coordinate and work closely with the vendors on vehicle delivery schedules
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to the Team on any operation issues
  • Preparing vehicles for handover to customers
  • Conducting proper handover / takeover of vehicles to/from customers
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Explain the various features and functions of the vehicles to customers and providing any technical support if required
  • Updating the system on fleet statuses
  • Monitor vehicle repair and claim statuses
  • Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle status movements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Class 3 license required. Preferably with Class 4 license
  • Proficient in Electric Vehicle Diagnostics and knowledge in Electric Vehicles
  • Experience in handling workshops and accident claims
  • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and detail-oriented
  • Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance-driven environment
  • Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
