The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Marketer to be part of the Sales & Marketing team for the Mercedes-Benz brand. This role will provide operational and retail leadership to manage the business at the Boutique in Mercedes-Benz Center and also Aftersales Marketing for Passenger Cars. You will work closely with the Sales management, stakeholders and Principal to implement the retail marketing and promotion of the vehicles, aftersales packages and vehicle accessories specifically in the areas of advertising & promotion, customer events, direct marketing, customer communications and internal communications.
The Role
Boutique (Retail Operations & Marketing)
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements to drive boutique performance and achieve sales targets
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory, sales processes, customer experience, and visual merchandising
- Plan and execute monthly promotions and in-store activations
- Prepare accurate and timely boutique performance reports
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver effective marketing communications and collaterals
Passenger Cars Aftersales Marketing
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Develop and produce online and offline marketing collaterals to support aftersales initiatives
- Plan and execute customer events and showroom activations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Coordinate with external partners including event agencies, media, and creative vendors
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing materials
- Support broader marketing communications, customer engagement activities, and retail events as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing and customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to work under pressure and adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong awareness of market trends and competitor landscape
- Willingness to travel and work weekends when required
