The Opportunity

Most people think automotive marketing is only about launching new cars. But what happens after the sale si where brand loyalty is truly built. This role is about customer lifecycle and service marketing - creating campaigns, experiences, and customer engagement strategies that keep customers connected to the brand long after they drive their car home. 

If you enjoy integrated campaigns, customer engagement, events, CRM and marketing that drives measurable business impact, this could be the role for you. 

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Service Marketing initiatives across multiple automotive brands. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and service teams to execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, service retention, and long-term brand loyalty. 

Your Role & Responsibilities 

Campaign & Promotions

Plan and execute seasonal promotions, customer offers, and integrated marketing initiatives to drive workshop traffic, retention, and product upselling opportunities

Customer Engagement & CRM

Plan and execute events, roadshows, and CRM initiatives—including newsletters and service clinic invitations—to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, CRM communications, and website content. Monitor customer journey and optimize relevant webpages and campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and event organizers to bring campaigns to life. Provide clear and insight-driven briefs creative agencies, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience. 

Brand Management

Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints, both corporate and consumer-facing in all service centers.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in marketing, business, or communications-related fields
  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing and customer engagement
  • An interest in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, events, and digital marketing
  • A creative, hands-on problem-solver, looking to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks, no matter how big or small
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management, and digital marketing tools is advantageous
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
