The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Head of Sales, you will be the main point of contact for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle (MBCV) fleet and key customers. You will provide dedicated services and relationship building with these fleet customers. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Improve and strengthen business relationship with MBCV fleet and key customers by regularly engaging them on issues pertaining to Vehicle Sales, Aftersales Service or P&A
• Understand and identify the key challenges and opportunities of these fleet customers and provide timely reports to the MBCV Management Team
• Act as the bridge between these key fleet customers and MBCV to provide customer and market dynamics and requirements to MBCV
• Assist in organizing quarterly key account engagement activities with MBCV and its dealer principal
• Regularly update MOS and MAN reports for fortnightly MOS meetings with Head of Sales

Requirements

·      * Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in relationship management

·       *  Possess customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills

·       *  Able to build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers

·        * Able to converse fluently in English and Chinese. Any chinese-related dialect (Hokkein/ Cantonese) is an advantage.

·        * Computer literacy including proficiency with MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint

·        * Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
