The Opportunity

As a pivotal team member of the sales management, you will play the dual-role of a thinker and a leader. As a leader, you will lead a designated sales team, manage, motivate and heighten their sales achievements to the next level. As an experienced sales professional, you know how to coach your sales team on tactics and approaches, and handle their sales performance and targets leading to closures and with service excellence at different touch-points. As a thinker, you will partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers’ database, see opportunity for un-targeted segments and partner with Marketing team for promotions and campaigns. You will also handle stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources.

To be considered for this role, you possess a Degree in any discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience in sales and team management. Track record in any industry is highly advantageous. You are tenacious, inventive and highly adaptable to changing business environment, while being able to operate within guidelines and integrity. You are able to balance task-people situations and adopt a fair manner in handling conflicting situations. You enjoy staying up-to-date with industry insights and bring ideas to reality. Armed with good social and communication skills, you connect easily with people of all walks of life, and thrive in a collaborative environment focusing on achieving results together.
