The Opportunity

As a member of our Sales team in one of our franchises, you will provide support to the sales team. Being in a fast-paced environment, your ability to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge will be essential to your success in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Track and monitor several reports on a timely and regular basis to support business decisions. 
• Retrieve data (quantitative and qualitative) from various parties and provide first-level analysis for business updates.
• Maintain and update data and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. 
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team 
• Schedule appointments and prepare meeting minutes
• Collate data from management team for reporting matrices 
• Coordinate travel arrangements when required
• Work in project teams to improve sales operational excellence.

Requirements
• Diploma in Business Studies /Management
• At least 1 year of working experience in supporting sales operations departments
• Enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Proactive, disciplined and committed to do your best
• Application knowledge with MS office is essential, and unafraid to learn/use new systems
