The Opportunity 

Be part of Cycle & Carriage Singapore (CCS) and be part of our dynamic Customer Contact Centre, where you play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences and strengthening brand loyalty.  This role is primarily focused on inbound customer service, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. As we continue to grow, the role may also involve outbound calls such as service follow-ups, surveys, and sharing relevant promotions or packages. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer engagement and are open to developing sales-related skills over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Take ownership of customer cases and manage them from start to resolution.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of cases to meet service level and quality standards.
  • Record and update customer interactions accurately across multiple IT systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrates high level of administrative competence for events / promotions and support department initiatives
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, surveys, or service-related communications.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Identify service gaps or recurring issues and escalate to Supervisor when required.
  • Support outbound calls to share relevant promotions, service campaigns, or packages when appropriate
  • Upsell suitable offerings or ongoing service campaigns / promotions.
  • Any other assignments and projects as assigned by the Supervisor
   
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and listening skills
  • A good command of the English language
  • Strong team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Background in automotive / service / hospitality industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & comfortable working with multiple systems
  • Open to workplace transformation and changes in processes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence.
  • Comfortable performing outbound upselling calls activities
