As a Boutique Sales Officer, you are not just handling transactions—you are a brand ambassador who brings the Mercedes-Benz lifestyle to life. You will create meaningful customer experiences, build lasting connections, and play a key role in shaping how customers engage with our brand beyond the showroom.

What You’ll Do

Create Exceptional Experiences

  • Deliver warm, personalised, and memorable customer interactions that reflect the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Provide expert product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Drive Boutique Performance

  • Contribute to achieving boutique sales targets through proactive engagement and service excellence
  • Support and execute sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth

Own the End-to-End Customer Journey

  • Manage pre-orders and provide timely updates to customers on order and delivery status
  • Build trust and relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Perform cashiering duties accurately, including payment processing and daily reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records for sales, transactions, and supporting documentation
  • Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and monthly stock takes
  • Support administrative processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and documentation

Bring the Brand to Life

  • Maintain a boutique environment that is visually appealing, premium, and aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure all displays and merchandising reflect the Mercedes-Benz luxury experience


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of retail and/or customer service experience (luxury or lifestyle retail is an advantage)
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with diverse customers
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
