The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Customer Service to be part of the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will be taking on the boutique sales portfolio. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role. The Job:
• Provide first-class customer service and knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise
• Manage and drive promotions and sales for boutique.
• Assist customers in enquiries for boutique.
• Handle cashiering duties, manage, and keep proper records of daily inventory figures and balance
• Organise and keep track on the boutique inventory level and re-stock when needed
• Manage reservation orders and proactively updating status to customers
• Ensure stock accuracy with monthly stock takes
• Support assist and to work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience level

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience
• Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
• Besides well-versed in English, fluency in Chinese/ local dialects will be advantageous in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
