We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real difference at every customer touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
As the face of our service centre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping each customer’s journey:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Be the first point of contact - welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their service visit is smooth, efficient, and pleasant.
- Manage Service Appointments & Coordination
- Accurately update and manage servicing and repair bookings through internal systems, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and workshop teams.
- Facilitate End-to-End Service Flow
- Create job orders and ensure clear, timely communication between customers and technicians—keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Resolve Queries with Care & Ownership
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, provide solutions or escalate when needed, and follow through to ensure closure and satisfaction.
- Support Daily Operations
- Maintain proper records of vehicle collection and security passes
- Manage cashiering duties, including handling payments and maintaining accurate daily reconciliation
- Ensure customer lounge readiness (including refreshments and general upkeep)
- Collaborate to Elevate Experience
- Work closely with teammates to continuously improve service delivery and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of customer service experience
- A natural people-person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to create positive experiences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable, especially when handling administrative tasks and payments
- Proficient in MS Office and basic systems usage
- A team player who enjoys collaborating across functions to solve customer issues
