 The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes being on the frontline to attend to short-term rental or service requests from long-term contract customers.

The Opportunity

• Passion to provide Best Customer Experience to our customers and to be an ambassador of our myCarriage brand
• Possess the pride and commitment to maintain and uphold the ‘gold standard’ condition of vehicles including daily upkeep, servicing and maintenance, interior and exterior condition
• Delivery and collection of vehicles from our customers
• Inspection of vehicle for any damages and turning around of the vehicle 
• Attending to ad-hoc duties such as accidents, replacement of vehicles and damages to vehicles
• Follow through accident repairs and servicing status with workshop
• Managing customer bookings and requests
• Invoicing and billing using system tools
• Other ad-hoc administrative & operational duties

• 5.5-day work-week
• Well-versed in handling customer enquiries and providing frontline support
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 2 years driving experience
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
