The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Sales Admin to be part of our Parts & Accessories team. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role. Requirements:
• Preparation of quotation, close follow up on all sales orders, timely generation of sales agreements and customer invoicing.
• Generate purchase orders to principals and ensure that the orders are fulfilled within the committed lead time.
• Support in administrative areas to develop new customers as well as to manage existing accounts.
• Provide professional customer service and sales operations support on the handling of all day-to-day enquiries.
• Work closely with other teams to continuously fine-tune and improve administrative work processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
• To be considered for this position, you should have attained GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably 2 years of sales administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
