Programme Overview

Our Early Careers Programme offers a structured yet hands-on entry into the business, giving you practical experience and a solid foundation for long-term career growth. From the outset, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insight into how we operate, serve customers, and use data to drive informed decisions.

Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to core operational areas, with the opportunity to progress into either a Sales Operations or Aftersales Operations function based on your performance, strengths, and career interests. This programme focuses on real work and real outcomes, enabling you to contribute meaningfully from day one.

• Get hands-on with daily operations and learn how the business runs from the inside out
• Use data and reports to understand performance, identify gaps and support smarter decisions
• Work on initiatives that make processes more efficient and improve customer outcomes
• Partner with managers to plan, coordinate and execute operational activities
• Be part of projects that lead to real improvements - not just presentations
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to learn how different functions come together to deliver results

Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required or candidates with up to 3 years of working experience
• Degree in any discipline and a passion / mind-set to progress in a customer-centric, digital-first and forward-thinking organization
• You value meritocracy, an aptitude for success and being respectful to others
• Curious about how businesses operate and motivated to make things work better
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and perspectives
• A high level of initiative and ability to operate with integrity is important.
• Enjoys being hands-on and learning through real experiences
