The Opportunity:

You will be a member of Cycle & Carriage Singapore (CCS), reporting to the Divisional Manager within the Customer Engagement Department. You will be supporting the team on the following areas:


Branding

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on brand compliance in line with  Corporate Identity Guidelines, including logo usage, typography, brand promise, brand personality and values, as well as tone of voice
  • aintain oversight of C&C branded premiums, brand assets, and corporate stationery
  • Support the conduct of the corporate and product brand health-check research, including the conduct of the biennial brand equity tracker and coordination of follow-up action plans together with stakeholders
  • Review and be involved in corporate sponsorship requests
  • Assist with the rollout of corporate branding campaigns and loyalty programmes

Corporate Communications

  • Assist with the preparations of corporate presentations and speeches
  • Manage media monitoring and related subscription services
  • Manage media distribution list and support with overall media relations, which includes organising and/or identifying suitable networking events
  • Support media releases and interviews including the drafting of media releases, preparation of media kits, media distribution, facilitating media requests and media exposure tracking
  • Organise photo and video shoots as required to build up asset library


Social Media & Communication Channels

  • Support with the rollout of communications on CCS’ owned channels, primarily on Facebook and TikTok, but shall also include EDM, SMS and app push notifications for ad-hoc engagements
  • Work with appointed agencies to execute social media plan to meet communication objectives
  • Regularly track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics, with a view to meeting relevant targets and improving performance
  • Ensure accuracy of information on corporate website and Google Business listings


Vendor/Partner Management

  • Coordinate performance evaluation of agencies and partners, and support with reviews of relevant contracts
  • Monitor master contracts with media partners and ensure commitments are met, as well as entitlements are successfully delivered
  • Monitor contracts with creative & media buy agencies and ensure value added services are successfully delivered


Personal Data Protection

  • Manage internal awareness programme on data protection matters
  • Support with Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry screening for CCS


Sustainability

  • Assist with sustainability-related matters, such as working with CCS business units for data collection, data reporting, coordinating rollout of initiatives and supporting them to meet required targets
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Mass Communications
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Resilient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English with strong writing abilities
  • Effective and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, flexible and eager to learn
  • Ability to do graphic design a plus (e.g. using Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with multiple IT systems
