The Opportunity

As a Financial Analyst, you will be expected to support the FP&A Manager and work with different stakeholders from selected business units of Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities:

Financial planning & analysis

·        Support the FP&A Manager in monthly management reporting, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting exercise and process.

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress against business goals and objectives.

·        Drive Anaplan development, build planning models and undergo training to be the Anaplan champion/modeller for the organisation.

·        Develop dashboards and data analytical capabilities to assist senior management and business units with performance management and decision-making, through use of Anaplan and other analytical tools.

·        Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from regional finance teams.

Business partnering

·        Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial impact of various business initiatives and scenarios.

·        Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial feasibility and ROI of new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.

·        Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimise financial performance.

·        Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on financial matters, providing guidance and support to business partners as needed.

Job Requirements

The Candidate 

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred.

·        3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

·        Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·        Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·        Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·        Experience with developing Anaplan/PowerBI, and knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
