Are you a passionate sales professional who thrives on developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding business results?
As our Manager – Sales, you'll lead a team of Sales Consultants while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales performance, enhance customer experience and execute commercial strategies. Beyond achieving sales targets, you'll play a key role in shaping business growth through coaching, process improvements, pricing strategies and market development.
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, performance management and capability development.
- Motivate the team to maximise opportunities, improve conversion rates and achieve sustainable business growth.
Drive Commercial Performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share, profitability and overall business performance.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to plan and execute promotions, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships while identifying opportunities within new and untapped market segments.
Optimise Business Operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations and an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
- Support pricing strategies, vehicle inventory planning and stock management to optimise sales and profitability.
- Oversee showroom standards to ensure a welcoming and professional customer environment.
- Review, streamline and digitalise sales processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, including pricing, promotions and COE-related activities, to support business decisions.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in sales, including people management.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams. Experience in automotive, retail or other B2C industries will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Commercially minded, adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, results-driven and committed to continuous learning, innovation and operational excellence.
- A collaborative team player who leads with integrity and embraces a hands-on approach.
