The Opportunity

The Manager, Project Management will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vehicle projects, including ongoing fleet-wide modifications, and the upcoming projects. The role requires close coordination with principal, customer, internal teams (sales, aftersales, spare parts and logistics teams), and multiple suppliers/contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from planning through execution, delivery, and closure
  • Lead coordination with external on project requirements, design changes, approvals, and compliance matters
  • Manage multiple suppliers and contractors, including scheduling, scope control, and issue resolution
  • Oversee modification works
  • Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, including managing last-minute changes
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with principal’s product design and technical teams, customer, vehicle sales, aftersales, spare parts and logistics teams, and multiple suppliers/contractors
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and key milestones to management
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and project governance requirements are met
Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in automotive, transport, or engineering-related projects
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle modifications, installation of accessories and attachments, and homologation requirements is an advantage
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, frequent changes, and high-detail project requirements
  • Strong project planning and execution skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation
  • Proactive problem-solving and risk management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel workstreams
