The Role

As a smart Product Evangelist, you will report to the smart Head of Operations articulating the smart brand story through brand & product enquiries, vehicle presentation, and delivery duties. You will be a brand ambassador for smart, driven to champion the smart brand to seed awareness and consideration in people's minds. You will create high awareness and excitement to our customers of the brand's vision and products, while assisting our Sales team to chase the Company's overall sales targets.

You will be considered for future progression opportunities as our smart operations scale over time.

Responsibilities

• Actively champion the smart brand story and bring excitement about the brand and products to potential customers
• Assist in brand & product enquiries, vehicle presentation, and delivery duties
• Communicate enthusiastically and convincingly of product details, creating high awareness and excitement about the vehicle's functions and configurations to end customers
• Address customers' questions and demonstrate vehicle features as well as assisting customers to select the vehicle that best suits their needs.
• Interface with customers when they come for regular servicing and other aftersales needs and be able to breakdown potential technical issues to the customers
• Conduct internal product training to improve general product knowledge with updates and knowledge tests for the Sales team

• Well-versed in automotive product/technical know-how, with strong knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor environment
• Have an inherent passion to build a brand and to see the brand grow over time
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present, engage, and excite a group of audience
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Highly motivated individual with a firm dedication towards collective achievement and success.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer skills and mobile devices.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Graduates who desire to build a professional career in automotive industry are welcomed to apply
