The Opportunity 

This exciting new role goes beyond the traditional brick-and-mortar automotive retail. The Leasing Manager will play a key role in driving the performance of the team in terms of both the sales and operational aspects of the business. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of the operations team, helping the sales team to achieve their sales target and overall ensuring that we provide exceptional service experiences to our clients, whether corporate or individual.

Responsibilities 

• In charge of the overall growth of the business, including short term rentals and  long term leasing.
• Oversee the sales and operational team of the leasing business.
• Mentor, motivate and guide the team to excellence. Setting goals and conducting performance evaluations for the team.  
• Developing a competitive pricing strategy that attracts customers and maximizes profitability to achieve company overall targets.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and cohesive work environment within the team as well as within the group.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the rental market and competition.
• Manage customer satisfaction including addressing feedback and complaints and resolving issues.
• Oversee Operation team, optimising workflows to improve fleet utilisations and maintaining a healthy and well-conditioned fleet.
• Manage and handle Corporate/Fleet customers & partners
• Work closely with the team to ensure service excellence is delivered through all channels and customer touchpoints.
