The Opportunity
You aspire to develop & contribute your Total Rewards (TR) expertise with a forward-looking organization. You will be part of the team in championing TR activities and be responsible for seamless TR operations to support the entire user experience. You are expected to operate with rigour, compliance and integrity, and enjoy understanding about the business to broaden your functional working knowledge. You have the initiative to dive-in and get your hands dirty to get things done.
Benefits
• Handle and accord recognition and benefits per entitlement and provisions
• Manage communications and announcements and provide timely responses to staff queries
• Work with insurers and medical partners on WICA, insurance and medical matters based on guidelines and policies;
• Handle monthly outpatient claims, invoicing matters, and payments timely
• Manage the end-to-end cycle including system update for employees due for retirement and re-employment
• Manage and implement the health screening for employees and senior executives
• Work with organizing committee for annual Long Service Awards ceremony according to policy and entitlements
• Manage recognition platform including uploading of recognition points
• Providing timely updates of employees’ records including new hires and exits for benefits plans
• Leave administration in the system
• Regular reporting on benefits utilization rates to support management decisions
Compensation
• Administer the annual performance and increment, bonus review exercises, communicate review guidelines, and support managers and employees on related queries
• Handle market surveys, including Mercer's Total Remuneration Survey, analyze and draw insights on market competitiveness by comparing to specific peer groups or position class
• Support expatriate and secondee compensation administration
• Part of the HR Operations team to trigger off-boarding process for leavers and liaise with Payroll for final salary payment
• Support Payroll for necessary employee data changes to facilitate successful payroll interface files
• Work with payroll and in-house tax specialists to ensure compliance with statutory requirements in monthly payroll cycles and tax reporting
- Has a diploma / degree in a related discipline
- Demonstrated work experience in HR Business Partnering with at least 5 years related experience in Total Rewards at a mid-sized fast-paced company
- Equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skill
- Competent in data management with good working knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with handling large datasets; MS Power BI knowledge is highly preferred
