The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition & Management, who enjoys partnering closely with the business, understanding operational needs, and driving quality hiring outcomes across multiple functions.
This role goes beyond just filling vacancies. You will work closely with hiring managers as a trusted TA partner -- advising on hiring strategies, market insights, candidate management, workforce planning support, and overall hiring experience. If you enjoy balancing recruitment delivery with stakeholder engagement and business partnering, this role will give you that exposure.
You will support hiring across a dynamic automotive and mobility environment, partnering with leaders from sales, aftersales, corporate and operational functions.
Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units across operational, sales and corporate functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, hiring challenges and team dynamics
- Drive sourcing efforts through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, career fairs and proactive talent mapping
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment
- Ensure a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinate and manage offer process, salary proposals and onboarding arrangements
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media content, career fairs and campus engagement
- Track recruitment performance and hiring data to support business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency, hiring quality and stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Has a diploma / degree in a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering, with a minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within a mid‑ to large‑sized, fast‑paced organization.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Avature, Workday), with experience in generating and analysing recruitment metrics and reports to support hiring decisions, alongside social media and job boards.
- Equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skill
- High-energy, a keen learner with a sense of commercial awareness; able to balance ideals vs. reality with hiring managers
- Has an appetite for continuous learning, is focused and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
