The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Valet Ambassador to join our customer service team. You will be part of our highly customer centric team providing excellent customer service. You will provide valet parking services to our customers, by driving their vehicles to designated parking lots safely & expertly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised greeting to all customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Provide safe and efficient valet parking services by expertly driving, parking, and retrieving customers’ vehicles.
  • Conduct basic vehicle checks upon receipt and return (e.g. noting existing damages, ensuring vehicle security).
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled with the highest level of care, adhering strictly to safety and traffic regulations.
  • Manage the flow of vehicles at drop-off and pick-up points to maintain smooth operations and minimise wait times.
  • Uphold the company’s service standards, appearance guidelines, and professionalism at all times.
  • Support team members during peak periods to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience as a valet driver
• A valid Class 3 driving license
• Basic command of spoken and written English
• A strong team player who is customer oriented and well-groomed
